Waiting time
Hours and hours of waiting and the excuse is they are trying to see walk-ins and schedules patients .But, this is not an excuse . Basic math can solve everything. Just record how many walk-ins and scheduled patients you have as daily average and for 2 months then decide how many patient you are able to see daily as scheduled. Then to do so. It is just basic math and statistics. Even if he would be a good doctor , if no-one see your kid on time . It is meaningless.

My baby had a fever, they kept us waiting for 2hrs
Today I called in the morning and they gave me an appointment at 2:30. When I arrived the waiting room was full, they told me the waiting time was 30 min. They knew my 2 years old had a fever… they kept us in the waiting room for an hour and a half. When they finally see us, they gave some medicine to my baby and had to wait almost one more hour. Why they didn’t do that from the beginning? Why they don’t let us know that they are behind before giving more appointments? This is always, but today was awful. Definitely switching Doctors after today. I get he is a great doctor but why they don’t organize better the appointments? Or have a process for just checkups and ill kids? I’m very disappointed.

Favorite doctor hands down, he’s the best of the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. He’s been our family doctor for almost 4 years now. Wouldn’t want any other physician taking care of us.

Horrible, they let wait on phone over 15 minutes to give me the appointment time. I came on time , still I have to wait more than a hour to see the doctor. Office staff are extremely rude, unprofessional. If you think you are taking free treatment, feel free to see the doctor.

It takes forever to finally see the dr. We are talking more time waiting than actually being inside and consulting with him

Dr. Boadella is, hands down, the BEST pediatrician my children have ever had. His concern for my children's wellbeing is at the same level as mine and it is evident at each visit. I have total trust in his medical decisions and the level of attention that he provides during our visit, far exceeds my expectations. Dr. A. Boadella is a superb pediatrician.
