very disappointing
I do not feel satisfied with the doctor's care and I did not feel guided either.I felt like the medical consultation was rushed. I went because my gynecologist referred me to rule out and prevent diabetes. My gynecologist was very kind in explaining the possible diagnoses to me, but she wanted to have the opinion of an endocrinologist. However, Dr. Rojas told me that I had nothing. She told me to come back in 3 months. However, my blood tests say that I am at the borderline. I wonder, is it better to prevent or cure? One of her assistants also told me that if I was going to the consultation only to lose weight, they would not assist me and that if what I wanted was to lose weight then I would have to pay $400 for the consultation.Obviously being overweight is a consequence of prediabetes. However, they are supposed to help you before you become diabetic, not when it is too late. What a disappointment to wait so long for an appointment and find superficial and rushed attention.

Bill
The way to proceed from the office is not the most ideal in my case my husband made an appointment he could not attend and they are sending him a bill for $25 without ever having signed any physical or electronic documents with the office. And cards that don't pay for it are sent to collections. It's ridiculous what they're doing without knowing the doctor or the office.

A GREAT ENDOCTRONOLOGIST.
I have been dealing with my diabetes type 2 for over 30 years, dealing with doctors and ENDOCTRONOLOGIST without real success. I’m so happy that after finding doctor Rojas to help me with controlling my diabetes, I can testify that she gave me my life back. All the medication I was using are history and with the new medication she prescribed, my life changed and make me fill younger at my age of 78. Thanks, doctor Rojas.

The office was clean and very nice. The staff were kind, efficient and not gossiping for all the patients to hear. I was a new patient and Dr. Rojas was a kind and compassionate listener, gave thoughtful recommendations, answered questions thoroughly and informed me of updated medicine options that were in line with my insurance. I would highly recommend her and her team!

Dr. Rojas is very knowledgeable, but more importantly she is pleasant and kind and takes the time to talk with you. She is also very efficient in preordering any blood work and ensuring all medications are refilled with my mail order pharmacy. Also, Debbie is great with scheduling and any other matters in between my office visits…!

Worst customer service ever... Scheduled my appointment months ago. Doctor requested that you get lab results on your own to see her (haven't seen this in 14 years in the US), even if your insurance company doesn't request it to visit an specialist. Lab work has to be done not more than three months in advance, but appointments are available in three months... Non-sense! Had to cancel the appointment that I have been waiting for over two months, and they say that the next available is in September. Obviously, test results will be outdated. I explained that I will need to redo my lab work and can't just go to a primary doctor and request another lab work for no reason (just to see this doctor!). The very rude receptionist started complaining saying that she doesn't understand why I couldn't confirm my appointment a week ago. I was trying to explain that something unexpected happened with my childcare and I won't be able to keep this appointment. I give up. Just go to another specialist
