Dr. Kaiser is the BEST
I seldom leave reviews but I love Dr. Kaiser so much. I have a complicated case of colon cancer with an advanced tumor. He performed a very successful surgery and I am forever grateful. He has a dry sense of humor that I really relate to and he helps me feel more at ease despite my (extreme, at times) anxiety. I like him so much more than my previous surgeon. If you need this type of surgery, go see him!

THE BEST DOCTOR !
Doctor Kaiser is THE DOCTOR, who will safe Your life !I was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer in 2023.We've met with Doctor Kaiser & immediately loved his very clear plan for me.He is very calm, polite, informative, compassionate: he made me drop my fears, explained all details of upcoming surgeries.I had 1st very successful surgery in December,2023. Stayed in hospital 5 days and my Doctor with his team visited every day, making sure I am OK. Second smaller procedure was done in outpatient facility this week, all great ! My final, successful surgery was 15th of August,so excited for my new healthy long life in future. Blessed to know Doctor Andreas Kaiser & I recommend him from the bottom of my heart !Very amazing fact: being from Switzerland, Doctor Kaiser speaks Italian as well (among other languages) & my Italian husband was very comfortable with asking questions in his language without being too nervous of not understanding some facts in English :) Grazie mille, caro Dottore !

Doctor Kaiser listens and will explain the best option. He has been my doctor since 2018. I followed him from the previous hospital to City of Hope.

I certainly would, I had surgery performed by Kaiser’s team in October 2018 and it changed my life for the better, I had been having feces and blood In my urine. I had a fistula. I had open prostate surgery performed about four years earlier and had had issues with infections, fevers for a number of years and even went to numerous specialists who could not figure out what was wrong.

Dr Kaiser performed a very challenging arthroscopic surgery on my removing my cancerous anus and rectum. He was very available and his office staff is excellent and responsive I am forever grateful to Dr Kaiser as he clearly saved my life. It is two years later and I have had NO recurrance of a very aggressive melanoma of the anus/rectum. I cannot thank Dr. Kaiser enough.

Dr. Kaiser saved my life. After two months in a Kaiser Permanente Hospital, 3 major surgeries, and in ICU on a ventilator in septic shock I was told that I needed to have a bowel resection and possibly a permanent ostomy. I found Dr. Kaiser. I was immediately impressed by his patience, calmness, and expertise. I was terrified to have another surgery. He was firm yet kind. I had the surgery—a triple resection with no ostomy. His surgical skill is beyond compare. His character is beyond reproach.

A true doctor in every sense of the word. Patient, kind hearted, understanding, and has a sense of humor once you get to know him. He is the only surgeon out of five that I interviewed that said he would not place a colostomy bag on me if he didn't have to, and he is a man of his word. More surgeons should model his work ethics.
