Dr. Williams is consistently professional, courteous, a good listener, and is very attentive to all my concerns. She addresses and diagnosis my health concerns with expert medical acumen. I highly recommend her as a OB-GYN with no reservations.

Dr. Williams is easy to talk to. She's matter of fact but kind and doesn't rush. She also gives options and allows the patient to decide what is best for them. I recommend Dr. Williams to friends and family often.

Dr. Williams is very qualified and competent. She also has great bedside manner. She genuinely cares, and she answers questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed with her. She is an excellent doctor, and I am so happy I found her a couple of years ago. I trust her.

Dr. Williams is great; she always takes time to listen, even though she has lots of patients to see but she listen. She's empathetic and gives great care to patients. I feel like she's my PCP because of the history and rapport.

Sadly I had to go.
Left the practice. Started out wonderful, Dr. Williams was fantastic and so was her staff - location changes brought about a lot of service quality changes.1) Incredibly long wait times, quick visits.2) Very difficult to schedule appointments (staff was curt and unfriendly in a ‘take it or leave it kind of way’)3) Cancelled a long scheduled appointment because of change in doctor’s schedule with little notice - this caused a scheduling hardship because by the time I received the message and called to reschedule it would be months before I could be accommodated. I had scheduled time off for my appointment which was tied to my mammogram appointment which I scheduled for the same day. The appointment scheduler was not moved by my predicament.I found another GYN.
