Dr. Andrea Schaeffer-Pautz, MD

Paperwork which is always provided & filled out prior appointments was overwhelming & most of the very expensive appointment! A couple products recommended (at a premium price) were commonly known and available. She then went to her phone to read ingredients & how product was marketed! She charged an exorbitant fee for not having her own office and using another professional's space which I, the patient, arranged. The entire interaction was extraordinarily stressful. I reached out as I am ill and she presented herself as an experienced Dr able to bridge holistic, & mainstream medical support. She spent most of the appointment addressing rudimentary topics and repeatedly stressing what she could not & would not do. as well as paperwork always done prior to an appointment, medical or otherwise. Then had the audacity to charge her full fee. I am pursuing a formal medical board complaint. A full refund as well as being reimbursed for my time is fully warranted!

I have been seeing dr Pautz for nearly 2 years and she has changed my life. I was looking for holtisic approach instead of the conventional. Dr Pautz always goes above and beyond. I have never had a doctor care the way she cares about me. I will continue seeing the doc on my journey. She’s patient, kind, loving, and a true healer.

I have known Dr. Pautz for many years and she has treated me for depression and anxiety as well as for virus/infection type illnesses and wound care. I like that she uses her excellent intuition in combination with her training and education in both holistic and traditional medical practices to attend to the root of the problem, not just masking symptoms. She is both caring and straightforward in her communication with patients. I highly recommend her for any type of physical or emotional ailment.

Dr. Pautz was nothing but amazing for me. I was looking for something different from the conventional approach and she took the time, care, and energy to look after me. When you seek out someone like her, you should know insurance won’t cover most of it and that she doesn’t take insurance so people who have reviewed her poorly, it’s truly unfair. You get what you put in. The supplementation and inner work she’s done with me helped me recover from fulminant myocarditis quicker than any other approach. I highly recommend Dr. Pautz.

She is caring, skilled, and highly intuitive. I trust her knowledge and wisdom. She deeply cares about people and the earth and our sustainability for all involved. She works with adults and also children and families. I highly recommend her services without any reservations. Join her for one of her monthly open houses, and now, with the pandemic, the open houses are also offered as a one-on-one 20 minute Zoom meeting.

Waste of our money. Gave us hope, but did not deliver. She started a treatment regimen for my husband which seemed affordable at first, but each time he went in (three times total) she would change it and say that it would be more money. I agree with the other person who posted that she is scattered brained. Also, talks mostly about herself instead of trying to help the patient.

Absolutely incredible doctor for self pay customers with unexplained health problems. looking for a healthy alternative. Sh took me from applying for disability back to living a some what normal life in less than 6 months. Thank you

Usually don't leave reviews but want to caution others from wasting valuable time & money (and hope) by using this practitioner. Doctor was late, very disorganized, scatter-brained, no help with the problem, despite previous phone call wherein she said she would be able to help. Spent $420 on the visit, made to sign volumes of disclaimers protecting her (not me), learned absolutely nothing, and was not confident in recommendations or care AT ALL. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
