I loved this office. However, I started a medical plan/treatment with the PA in January. I made my follow up appointment for the next month as requested to then update my treatment. The day of the appointment, I am called that they can no longer continue this style of treatment. The reason being, is that the week before my appointment they changed policies. So now, I will have to find somewhere else to go. Mind you, I was out of medicine and with no where to go. I asked if they could still see me today and continue with what was planned as a one time courtesy to allow me time to find another doctor and they refused to help me. They do not care about leaving their patients high and dry with zero recommendations of where to go. Will never return to this office for their lack of care. The professional course of action would have been to call their patients and let them know the moment they changed their policies. NOT THE DAY OF.

Very rude front desk, is more like a walk clinic than a family oriented dr. Don’t waste your time and definitely research Dr.’s that care and hire staff that care.

Very rude, uncaring, demeaning doctor
I can not recommend Dr Andrea Quintana. She is very condescending to people. I have never met a more rude, uncaring doctor in my life. I sincerely hope nobody else has to endure what I have. There are too many talented and caring doctors out there that you could see instead!

Finding another practice
I’ve been a patient for years. I have stayed away since Covid, I called to get in because I’m not feeling well. Long hold. I was told I can get appointment with ‘new PA’. Great. Oh wait! Because I haven’t been in, I’m considered a ‘new’ patient. She isn’t seeing new patients. When I explained how upsetting that was, she put me on hold. The reception Came back and said, ‘You are an old new patient. She doesn’t see new patients. She suggested you go to a walk in.” I politely thanked her for her time. I will be finding a new doctor for myself and my family!

I think the office is ok for your routine appointments. I don’t want to speak for the PAs or RNs that I haven’t had an experience with. I had an awful awful experience with the PA, Iona. She isn’t knowledgeable or maybe it’s inexperience? Either way she needs more supervision. Will be switching offices.

I started as a patient last November and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly & professional. John the PA is amazing. He's always thorough, makes you feel comfortable and never rushed. Great for people with white coat syndrome, like myself.

My family & I are patients of Dr. Quintana for over 15 years. She is a great diagnostician, very thorough and very caring & during this pandemic, she continues to be calm & comforting when I get nervous when my husband or kids were sick. During a recent in person visit, I was pleased to see how clean the waiting room and office were maintained. Everyone was 6 feet apart in the waiting room. All staff were wearing masks & protective shields and I saw staff members disinfecting rooms between patients, so I knew everything was clean & are taking all measures to prevent the spread of covid. I have many friends telling me their doctors won't even allow in person visits now and I have recommended them to Quintana Family Medical. Dr. Quintana & her staff, have gone above and beyond as frontline healthcare workers before and during this pandemic and I am thankful for them.

been going for years never an issue with getting an appt. within a reasonable amount of time. Wait time is usually none unless a patient is late which I have seen happen but not Dr. fault. I see Dr. John has had all my issues under control and there are a lot....lol Questions are answered I don't feel rushed and feel they are thorough. So I give them 5 stars

I’ve been seeing Dr. Quintana for close to 15 years, and have recommended her to many people. She is extremely thorough, and so is her staff. I’m just as comfortable seeing Roseann (the NP), or any of the PAs as I am with Dr. Q The wait times are longer because practice has grown over the years, but they are still shorter than some offices I’ve been to and cleanliness has never been an issue. She also wants feedback from patients to correct what is amiss, And keep this running smoothly.

DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars would be a better rating. Do not let the pictures of new building fool you. Totally unprofessional. Their staff is not knowledgeable and full of excuses. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Let me tell you about it... To make a long story short, I got blood work done about 3 months ago. After calling several times and leaving several messages, I received a call from another doctor that works there and she said, "Your cholesterol is sky high". M
