Dr. Otto and Sprout MD!!!
I’ve had plenty of doctors over the years but none that I would trust more than Dr. Otto and Diane or anyone at Sprout MD. I have never received the kind of care from a medical professional than I have at Sprout MD. Dr. Otto listens to MY needs and tries to help guide me to MY health needs. I’ve never had any issues getting appointments made and there’s no verifying DOB etc…. Because they know me there by name, not a number. Truly a fantastic experience when needing medical care. I couldn’t imagine having to go anywhere else.

Literally laughed out loud when I called the office with concerns about poor (nonexistant) communication. Would NOT recommend even if you are desperate.

I cannot stress how wonderful the care Dr. Otto provides.. No matter when I call regarding an illness, I can always get into the office, and once in the office the wait-time has never been more than 15 minutes. The staff is professional and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Otto to any parent.

Dr. Otto is compassionate and takes the time to really get to know you. She doesn't just throw pills at you until you get better. She really looks at all options and gives you the opportunity to take part in your own care. She is also very willing to work with other doctors to give you the best care possible.

Dr.Otto is one of those special people who choose to become doctors. She is personable, compassionate, has time, listens and comes up with a plan of action to meet your medical needs. As the person above stated, she does not work full-time and that has been my biggest issue. I can't always see her when I need to, and with my own scheduling restrictions, it has made it difficult to solve my issues in a time-frane that doesn't start to feel frustrating. Wonderful Dr nonetheless.

Dr. Otto treats three members of my household. She takes her time with you, is sensitive to your problems, looks for answers, and genuinely provides the best possible care. She is very friendly, considerate and thorough. I have never personally had a more attentive physician with a genuine desire to help me with my problems. She does not work full-time, so scheduling may be harder. But she is absolutely worth giving a try. We all truly appreciate her and that you can email her anytime.
