I wish there was an option for ZERO stars
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Had horrible experience with surgery. Called office 4 times without ever getting call back the same day as my surgery. Had to walk into office to be seen by another physician. Within a week I was in ER to rule out a second complication from surgery. Asked Dr. Kwong to communicate thru patient portal, but I guess there’s something she doesn’t want documented!!Surgery was over a month ago, still have not heard from Dr. Kwong. Also wrote letters to JHH and they have not responded either. Still have not been given my results.

Top notch Professionalism.
Dr. Kwong is always calming, factual, and professional. Takes her time every visit so I never feel rushed. She looks at me instead of an electrical device and I feel heard and seen the entire time, as well as always upbeat and welcoming. She has always made my visits feel as comfortable as can be considering the nature of the visit. Highly recommend.

I have never left a review for a physician before, but Dr. Kwong is absolutely amazing. She puts you instantly at ease, and always does a great job. I can’t say enough positive things about her and the team in the office!

Dr Kwong is an amazing doctor. She has been my OBGYN for over 2 years now. She brought my baby into this world and I'll love her for that, forever. I'm not trying to have another baby through IVF and the support she has given me, just shows how much more wonderful she is than what I already thought of her. Not only knowledgeable but personal... I just do not have enough great things to say about her. She has my 100000% trust.
