Did her job...that's it
Dr Heuser was the assigned peds Dr after my child's birth. She immediately rubbed my husband and I the wrong way when he overheard her in the hall derisively telling students about our decision to refrain from Hep B and eye ointment until our baby was older. She dismissed my concerns about a lip tie (which we are dealing with now) and told me that if my baby didn't nurse better she wanted to tube feed. Keep in mind, this was less than 48hrs after birth and my supply had just barely come in. She came across as dismissive, unsupportive, and borderline rude. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The worst attitude ever for a first time mom to experience. Thankfully my husband was very supportive.
