I saw Dr Hall on June 1 2020 at the Midlothian American Family Urgent Care clinic. I thought I had an ear infection and I knew my blood pressure and blood sugar were too high and would require medication. The nurse cleaned out my ears which solved the ear problem. Dr Hall prescribed medication for hypertension and type 2 diabetes. She never really explained what conditions she was prescribing for. Just gave me the prescriptions. She said nothing about follow up care. Basically showed me the door. Walmart could not fill the diabetes prescription because my insurance would not cover the medicine with out prior authorization. I left Walmart assuming they would contact Dr Hall and work everything out. This was probably a bad choice on my part. The next day and for the next few days I called the clinic and asked to have the prescription changed to Metformin which I assume due to its low cost my insurance would cover. It's Saturday June 6 and dispute multiple no word and no meds
