Fabulous doctor
Dr. Halim has performed two very successful carpal tunnel procedures for me about three years apart. She explains well, is quick, efficient and caring.

I learned of Dr. Halim when she performed surgery on my son's two broken hands/wrists/arms, so when my wrist required attention, there was no hesitation in knowing who I would call. This young woman is an amazingly knowledgeable, skillful, experienced doctor who leaves me in awe of her expert and brilliant talent, not to mention her kindness, attention to detail and compassion. Every doctor needs to follow her lead.

Two years ago at college, my daughter suffered a traumatic hand injury, partially amputating her left hand above the thumb. At a hand trauma center near to college, an incredible surgeon reattached my daughter’s hand. After many weeks and surgeries, we came home to recuperate. I was concerned about my daughter’s care as our CT home is far from the hand trauma center. Dr. Halim came highly recommended to us, and after our first appointment, we knew she was a doctor we could rely upon and trust. Dr. Halim’s surgical skills and expertise are outstanding, and she truly cares for her patients. Dr. Halim was both empathetic and encouraging to my daughter. She respected her as a young adult patient, and appreciated my role as her caretaker. Dr. Halim was always available, and coordinated in emergency situations with my daughter’s original surgeon. Her OT staff is superb. We highly recommend Dr. Halim and are grateful for her continued guidance in my daughter’s rehabilitation.

My bf had been through hell-3 bad surgeries and a huge infection from a previous dr. No one would touch the arm. Dr. Halim walked in the room like a breath of fresh air. She was sweet, kind, comforting, brilliant, dedicated, and promised to see us through. We knew it would be a multi-surgery commitment-we had no real idea, but she did. Looking back I can’t believe she took on someone else’s mistake and stayed with us and never faltered. We went through 6 surgeries between June and September. Dr Halim not only saved John’s arm, she saved his life. She identified, isolated, and systematically removed a terrifyingly bad infection. Dr Halim has unwavering dedication to her craft. She went above/beyond what she needed to do on every possible level, came to the hospital when she didn’t need to be there, called evenings weekends to check up on us, and not just John but me as well. I want to clone her. She exemplifies what doctors Can be, goes the extra mile, and is genuine and sincere!

Dr. Halim is an excellent surgeon but also has great bedside manor. Made me feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional care; including calling me the night before surgery to ease my fears and calling on a weekend the day after surgery to ensure I was doing okay. Would highly recommend her.
