Would not recommend
I had to see Dr. Gregerson because my PCP in her practice was not available. I needed to get a prescription refill and get annual bloodwork done. She was dismissive and treated me as if I was bothering her by being there. She was short when I asked questions and didn't want to put the bloodwork order in because she was not my assigned PCP. Overall, just a really negative experience. She comes off as very uncaring and rude.

Beware
This doctor didn’t even listen to my mother’s heart at our visit. She is far more concerned about time constraints and insurance than listening to her patients. Why did she go into medicine?

Very good
I liked Dr Gregerson a lot. I wasn’t happy with my previous doctor but found Dr G very attentive & caring. I found her recommendations much more helpful, geared towards my personal needs/problems & based on sound medical practice.

Uncaring
Horrible. 1st visit-fine. Our second visit in Aug., she insisted the 1st visit was referred to as “Establishing care", instead of calling it a “Welcome Visit” per Medicare (coding) - which then became an argument with her on my 2nd visit (“Annual Wellness Visit”) (per Medicare terminology). Because of this ‘fall-out’ with her, we then had to pay $203.00 for a blood test that she ordered (her signature is on it). Medicare continually told me that they would pay the bill if she coded it as ‘deemed necessary’ (whatever the coding is for that). She did deem it necessary in May, and then said that she already coded it correctly. It is of our opinion that she knew that we would fall through the billing abyss, as a personal vendetta, for her having been wrong. Her reasoning was that “he asked for it”,,say what ??? - nope, I was reminding her of our conversation from May. So, we were on the hook for the $203.00 payment. We ended up losing $203.00 from our kitchen table to this. She's fired

Don't recommend
She was pretty good for the first six months but then her lack of communicating with me when I would send her a message through the portal or call her office, simply got worse and worse. Ignoring your patients is not good business. I found another PCP who replies within minutes.

Horrible
This Doctor and the staff at this practice are awful. The staff does not return phone calls or emails. There is no follow through. I have been trying to get some referrals for various other doctors and they referred me to 4 different specialists that don’t specialize in what’s wrong! I was under her care for over 6 months and I am in the exact same place I was when I met her. This is completely unacceptable behavior especially from a doctor who is supposed to help you! When I started demanding a call back, she labels ME as the problem and not her staff! She also gave my husband the wrong dosage of medication. When the pharmacy called her she refused to change it. He wound up in urgent care a few days later, got the proper dosage, and had to go to an ENT and was on antibiotics for 3 weeks! I wouldn’t recommend this office or doctor to anyone.
