Misdiagnosis resulted in denied LTC
The few times that I saw Dr Darby Stewart at Mayo, after my Dr moved to Boise, were unpleasant. She treated her nurses very rudely during a minor procedure, lacked empathy, and worst of all mis diagnosed my symptoms in doctor notes that resulted in my Long Term Care being denied. Never received an explanation. My primary doctor did all he could to help me but once you are denied you can’t appeal with success. Shame on Dr Darby Stewart. Show some compassion to your patients!

Horrible customer service
Although I have NEVER been able to make an appointment in 10 months this has been the worse experience ever. For some reason this Dr is not available and this is a very sad situation. 10 months bad office etiquette. Dr Darby Stewart needs to work in a office that values the patients that pay her bills or retire. Office staff is horrible. I'll be reporting this to Aetna

She is AMAZING! By far the best Doctor I have ever seen. She is so empathetic, intelligent, and such a great listener. As soon as she saw the non-standard symptoms of what would later be a confirmed diagnosis, she knew that I probably had it. She treated me like her own child; knowing how scared I was she let me know that she was going to help figure out what was happening to me... and she did. Other Doctors thought she was wrong but her instincts were correct.

Best doctor I've ever seen. Unmatched bedside manner, spends quality time with me, extremely knowledgeable. I'd drive a great distance to see her if I had to.
