The address online is incorrect, so when my mother arrived 15 mins late (she is 82 years old) she was told the dr. couldn't see her at that time. We rescheduled. Then she sees my mom and says that she has a bursitis, when we know that she has had sciatica pain for more than 8 years. She sends her for some x-rays, and a day before her appointment she cancels for the next week (???????). We patiently reschedule, and when she arrives, she sends her for more X-rays without seeing her (???????). The lack of empathy for a senior patient and the lack of transparency of this dr. in terms of her knowledge and competency is flabbergasting.

She spoke to me in words I understand takes time to explain things in detail her staff is wonderful by far the best docter I have ever had and I am 72 had many docters

I waited a week to write this review to have some perspective. The good: This Dr. has a great bedside manner and is very capable. I really appreciated her humor and the gentleness during the procedure I had. The bad: 1. The procedure did not work. Not her fault. 2. You will not see her after the procedure. All follow ups are with a nurse, and they will not inform you ahead of time that the appointment is with a nurse. 4. When I discussed this with the office manager, and the fact they were charging the same co pay for a nurse vs a Dr, he said the nurse knew everything the Dr. did and she could also anticipate what the Dr. would say. 4. The nurse made the decision that I should see a surgeon. Never even consulted with the Dr. So in general, since I did not have an option to discuss my choices with the pain management Dr., I really do not know this was the best decision. I guess I will die wondering.
