Dr. Carlsen is a brilliant, compassionate, and dedicated psychIatrist who has helped me tremendously over the years I have worked with her. She is extremely knowledgeable in functional medicine as well and uses a holistic approach. Can not recommend her highly enough.

If you want to have your first nervous breakdown, allow your shrink to pick up the pieces (don’t, they’re yours!), get your boundaries burned, secrets spilled – and stoop to a level so low you won’t recognize your own behavior - look no further. shes the one. Her ego needs you! I should know(this was my life). Steer clear of her friend with the phD from McMartin preschool-she’ll become YOUR problem, too. Seriously, I have no space to write a proper review but this was a very sad experience.

Wonderful compassionate physician.Detailed historian.Explained to me the origin and treatment of my depression.I had an excellent response to transcranial magnetic stimulation. I highly recommend Dr Carlsen for diagnosis,treatment and management of depressive disorders.
