Dr. Andrea Asseff, DMD

The receptionist/dental assistant Michelle was very compassionate to my reason for needing to come in. She was so accommodating to fit me in within just 2 days. Her personality in person matched her demeanor over the phone and she was so sweet. I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and it can be very discouraging when I am the patient and am not being treated with the same type of kindness and compassion and professionalism that I train my staff to. The dental assistant Denise was so patient with me as I explained my reason for the visit, and was very gentle during the x-rays. Once I met Dr. Asseff I knew I had made a right choice literally from the start. I cannot explain into sufficient amount of words, just how incredibly kind and caring and compassionate she is. She’s so thorough and has phenomenal bedside manner. She treated my tooth that had a painful abcess so gently and talk to me through the process the entire time. I left with tears of joy. She is incredible!

Trust is the most important factor to me. Dr. Asseff has earned it in her approach to my oral health, the time she spends with my issues and the finish work speaks for itself. She is realistic to my individual needs allowing me to be very involved in what is or will be the best direction I should go in. Her follow-up is excellent. Dr. Asseff is not pushy or aloof in her manner. She is clear and concise. Her staff is also great.

My criteria or elements found in a good dental practice: An ability to include the patient in the treatment process. A continuity in service provided and unaltered by staff intrusions. An empathetic ability to reasonably know what it means to be a patient. Elementally divorced from the average dental practice and execution of same.
