Dr. Andre Francois, MD

Dr Francois has spent as much time during my visit as needed, sometimes well over the time limit allowed. Dr Francois is a good listener and well experienced. Dr Francois has tackled my diabetes very aggressively with great results. I have neuropathy in my feet and Dr Francois has been able to get the swelling in my legs to go down by reducing my neuropathy medicine with a lower dosage. I wasn't sure I wanted to try this because I was sure that the pain in my feet would return, so far after 6 plus months his plan is working. The swelling has gone down and the pain in my feet is still about the same as it was with the higher dosage prescribed. Seems like less medicine was best. Who would have thought.

Since he sold out to Christie/Carle the practice has gone down hill I am an elderly man with MANY conditions. I am now without a doctor. No m ed refills, no monthly injections, no wellness checks. No one to go to for advice, wellness checks, etc. They don’t care. They have left this disabled man in the wind. Without notice I received a letter telling me I was no longer their patient. No reason given. I believe it is about a $5 bill. Literally I know have to jump through hoops just to get medical records and they tell me I won’t be able to access them after 30 days I need help

The Emergency Room doctor said I could be admitted to the hospital for dehydration or treat myself at home and I chose the latter. He said I should follow-up within a day or two with Francois, my long-time doctor. A couple days later my husband dropped by the office and asked his nurse for that appointment and advice on two medications that might be causing problems. She contacted the doctor and reported that he was upset that I had refused hospitalization, so he would not see me or advise on the medications. If I wanted help, he said, go back to the ER. The Emergency Room people said they were shocked, had never heard of a doctor refusing to treat his own patient or refusing to honor the ER request that he see the patient. One said what Francois did was "cruel." How helpless this 84-year-old felt when Francois said go away! Not sure the ER would see me again, I wondered if I'd be without any medical help. Things are better now. I have a new doctor.

My wife & I have been under Dr. Francois care for a few years and are well pleased with his service. I would recommend him to anyone needing a family Doctor.

I was looking for a good doctor and Dr. Francois fit the bill. He is very thorough and has great follow up. I feel very safe in his care.
