Good Doctor ... Challenges with the Office
I have continued to have issues with the office staff of the Doctor. We have had some changes to both Insurance and a medicine that would be supported accordingly and in turn a new pharmacy - so a good amount of complexity. That said, I've had to call multiple times for things the pharmacy says that they need and they say the office has not provided to them. I call and they tell me that they'll fix the situation and then the pharmacy tells me they haven't received anything.I'm within two days of not having the medicine I need and this issue has been dragging for multiple weeks. This is on top of a practice of 'answering the phone' by picking up but immediately moving the call to hold and most times not even saying 'please hold.' It takes forever to get through.I don't know what other way to get this resolved.

By far the worst doctor I’ve gone to in my life. I was referred to Dr. Howhannesian for a prostate biopsy. After doing all the prep work, I got a phone call from his office canceling less than 24 hours before my procedure. The girl who called me was totally uncaring and unapologetic. I asked to speak to Dr. Howhannesian; she told me he was on vacation and refused to reach out to him. The doctor never called to apologize or reschedule. He apparently couldn't give a damn. In all my life I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor, especially given the circumstances. I had to go to another doctor for the biopsy, which was delayed by weeks. I had to re-do all of the pre-screening. My words here cannot do justice to the level of disgust I feel regarding the treatment I received from Dr. Howhannesian and his staff. It was nothing short of appalling, inexcusable and horribly unprofessional. All of them should be ashamed of themselves. Got to this office at your own peril.

The Dr. is very competent and knowledgeable. His office staff is the WORST COLLECTION OF UNCARING, DISORGANIZED AND JUST PLAIN SLOPPY INEPT people ever. Unfortunately for the Dr. I would strenuously recommend finding another provider. I was receiving bills for a different patient even though i told them five times that they were violating the HIPAA laws. AWFUL!!!

I couldn’t tell you , I was left in the waiting area for one and a half hours not including the fifteen minutes before for paper work. After seeing five patients that arrived after me being called in I left.
