DO NOT GO HERE! Truly awful service and communication! At my first appointment my copay was waived due to me being a nurse and I thought, how nice they show appreciation to healthcare workers! I was definitely wrong. Six months later I received an “over due payment notice” for my copay despite never receiving any bill. When I called they said “I don’t know what to tell you about it being waived there is two copays overdue.” Why waive my copay unprompted then tell me it is overdue? Plus they had no options to pay other than in person or by check. I don’t have checks and would have happily paid in person 6 months ago but now you want me to drive 45 minutes out of the blue? Ridiculous. On top of that I had a follow up virtual appointment scheduled (in early September) and the doctor failed to show up. I didn’t even receive a link till 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time despite me calling at the appointment time to ask for a link. I was told the virtual appointment would take a maximum of 30 minutes and did not even receive a link till 45 minutes after. Their office NEVER answers the phone and there is no option to wait on hold. You can leave a message and they call you back 1-2 days later if they call you back at all. After my appointment was missed I called for two weeks trying to reschedule till I finally was able to speak to someone and was told he could schedule a virtual appointment with me in early December (3 months after my original appointment that I showed up to and the doctor missed!!!!). I explained that the issue was very urgent and I just needed a 5 minute follow up to let the Doctor know the medication was not working and I needed to progress my care to a surgeon. He told me the doctor was on vacation all of October and was booked all of November. I took the early December appointment and asked to be placed on a list for any cancellation reiterating the severity and urgency of my issue. I proceeded to call back and ask for access to my chart (I wanted to find a new doctor and see if I could add photos of the issue progressing) and follow up on any cancellations. At this point my calls were flat out ignored. With no notice or phone call I was then rescheduled to the end of December, now practically 4 months from my original appointment!!!! I ended up having to go to the Emergency Room because of this untreated issue progressing so severely and finally from there got my care escalated to a surgeon. This office and doctor are awful do not go here! They are rude, unreliable, and do not care about you or your health! Working in the healthcare field myself I could not imagine ever treating someone so awful and ignoring their pleas for help especially when they were the ones failing to attend scheduled appointments. You would think after they missed an appointment they would at least make space for you in the schedule within two weeks not 3-4 months!? If I miss an appointment I get charged a fee, they miss an appointment and I get to go to the ER and pay extra for care I should’ve received from them in the first place? They should be ashamed of themselves and you should do yourself a favor and find a different GI doctor.

A very professional and caring doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ananthram Reddy for many years and have found him to be a caring, genuine and professional Doctor. He is kind and through in both explaining what to expect and did so using language that I could understand. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

These guys are some of the slimey people on earth. Avoid going there. First off you dont get to reach the front desk people ever. The person booking the appointment has no clue. On day of appointments, expect cancellations and no treatments.

Office staff is nice and very friendly. Office is clean and I didn’t not have to wait to be seen, the doctor was right on time. I do have to mention that the staff from the other doctor’s across from Dr. Reddy who both share the same waiting area are loud and very unprofessional. You can basically here everything thing that is going on in their lives. The conversations have nothing to do with work. This is beyond Dr. Reddy’s control. Overall I have a very positive experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Reddy. He is very professional and he is a caring doctor. Very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. I needed an appointment ASAP and within a few days I was in the hospital for the producer I needed. I didn’t have money to pay for the medicine I needed for my treatment. Dr. Reddy gave me the medicine himself. I will never forget this. He is one of the best doctors I’ve been too.

This office was horrible at calling back. Left messages/voice-mails for a week straight and still no call-back. Dr. Reddy is ok with a non warm bed side manner. The girls that work the front are extremely rude and should be working in a prison and far away from being who need healthcare. If you like being angry and treated like garbage Dr. Reddy and his team are a perfect match for you. #neveragain

The absolute worst. The waiting room is like being in the middle of a flock of seagulls fighting over a piece of bread. The nurses and receptionists are so loud and indiscrete you'll know all about their lives in 15 minutes of waiting. If you like daytime drama, this is your place. The office is dated, disorganized and that's reflected in their service. Doctor Reddy was ok, but mostly dismissive - I felt like I was just another face. The biggest offense was when I made 3 trips to the pharmacy

Had a really frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. I probably called the office 15 times. My call was answered only once, and I was told I'd be called back later. I wasn't. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 or 3 months. One was returned, and I was again told I would be called back, but wasn't. It seems like they don't do second opinions, but instead of telling me that and letting me move on, they kept ignoring my calls or pretending they'd call me back. Ugh.
