Dr. Ana Fajardo, MD

Back in 12-2-2022, Dr. Fajardo was recommended to me by my insurance agent. I had to wait 4 months before I got to see her. Her office is attractive and big and off a main street. She is observant to you and your test results. Dr. Fajardo gave me an ear lavage. I thought I cleaned my ears well and often with Q-tips. She found some cotton pieces in them! When my complete blood test results return, she noticed I had high calcium. I have seen that high calcium score in previous blood tests with other doctors but they told me it was normal even though it was slightly high. Dr. Fajardo immediately ordered more bloodwork for me. After those results came in, I was sent to Dr. Madu, an endocrinologist who works in the city of Orange. Dr. Madu ordered a cat scan which revealed that I had a 1 cm cyst on one of my parathyroid glands. Thanks to the keen observation of my test results, Dr. Fajardo found my hidden problem. Unfortunately, she does not take my insurance anymore.

Neither Dr Fajardo nor the NP cared that I was in so much nerve pain that I sobbed every time I stood or walked. The NP told me I needed to get to PT if I had to crawl on my belly to get there. They messed up 3 out of 4 referrals & I had to ask multiple times to get 2 of those referrals. I had to beg to get pain pills. Needless to say I changed doctors!

Dr. Fajardo has been my primary physician for over a decade. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and willing to spend as much time as needed to address my concerns during each visit. I feel confident that I am in good hands.

Dr. Fajardo was my primary doctor for several years. I found her to be uninterested and uncaring. For example, she never filled in my profile, which I learned when the assistant asked questions and exclaimed surprise that there were no entries. I experienced 100% hearing loss in one ear overnight and she handed me a card and said here’s someone you can call. I had to wait one month to see him. She made no effort to inform me it was urgent, made no effort to call the ear Dr. herself, something other doctors do. I lost significant hearing and if I had a priority office visit to the ear doctor facilitated by Dr Fajardo, within days, instead of 30 days, would have saved my hearing. She never, through years of sick visits, followed up to see if medications were adequate and facilitated a cure. Overall I found her to be indifferent. I changed doctors, obviously, and cannot recommend her.

Excellent Doctor, that truly cares about each patient. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
