I absolutely love Tommy at Dr. Vaughan’s office. He is so kind, patient, caring and is so genuine. He will make you feel at ease and make you smile.

The office is both comfortable and cheerful. Everyone who works there is extremely positive, and caring. Attention to detail, and time is taken to address concerns, no matter how major, or minor. I've been a patient for a little over two years—and having seen two other Dermatologists locally, I'm happy with, and would highly recommend Amy Vaughan Dermatology.

Yes I would highly recommend Dr. Vaughan and her staff. I love the hydro facials, Tammy Gue is excellent.

I never saw the doctor. An assistant gave me a rushed incomplete skin check. I was told the doctor does not see patients unless they are having surgery. I feel like my skin exam was not thorough. No chance of seeing the actual doctor! Very disappointed!

2nd visit. Same issues. Staff that does skin check do it so fast it almost seems like an annoyance to them. One staff was checking my skin while I was standing with my bra and panties on Znd another staff member just came in without knocking leaving door wide open for people in hallway to see me in my bra and panties. Will not be back.

She neither sees nor talks to patients. When I called about a serious issue, the PA would deliver messages back and forth. When finally allowed to speak to her, She yelled at me, fired me, and hung up. When I reviewed the copy of my record they sent, a very significant portion was falsified - from physical exams that were never performed to counselling that never happened. Literally a crime. I also have an MD. She is cruel; her and the PA are dangerous. Please be careful. They are dangerous.

Should have minus stars. Waited almost an hour and finally left without ever being seen after driving for over 45 minutes to get there. I'm so angry. Can't wait to tell everyone I know about my experience.

I have seen Dr. Vaughan and/or the PA's at her office for well over 15 years. Dr. Vaughan and her entire staff are very knowledgeable in their field and are very personable. They will help you however they can and will take the time to answer whatever question you may have. They will give you honest answers and suggestions; many of times they have suggested that I not do a procedure, which shows their integretity, as they could have easily just have done the procedure, and made money.

I have seen Dr. Vaughan for 20 years. She is by far, the best and most qualified dermatologist in this region. Although there may be some waiting time, you have to understand the number of patients that she serves, plus the fact many of them request that she personally see them. Once she sees you, she gives you her undivided attention, unlike other physicians who want you to reschedule another appointment for another condition. This causes some wait. But very well worth it.

I have been going to Dr Vaughan for 20 years. She is abosolutely wonderful. When she notices a place she takes it off during your visit. She doesn't want to wait to see if changes. I suggested her to my aunts and uncles. We are Irish and have to watch our skin closely. In the past dr have wanted to watch an spot on multiple family members and then they ended up in Pittsburgh. Since Dr V family is all doing well with no trips. Office staff is second to none. Thanks for taking care of my family.

After repeat visits, Dr. Vaughan never actually saw me. I was always passed off to her assistant. Two visits I only saw nurses and was told to schedule another appointment to see assistant. The process was drawn out, I was milked for every penny. And, my issue is still not resolved. I called in to see if another prescription could be called in, seeing as the current medicine never worked. Was told I would have to come in for yet another appointment, even though nothing has changed. All about $$$
