It is rare to find a psychiatrist who doesn't leave the compassion to psychologists. While she worked in correlation with my psychologist to best diagnosis what issues are at the heart of my problems. Her knowledge of neurology makes me better understand how a given medication will work ,possible side effects and not just handing out pills. She will not be a doctor for drug seekers, this is good for me . I have found the disregard other doctors give out amphetamine and benzodiazepine medications. Adderall is New oxycontin . Overly prescribed until the damage to society is unable to be denied. This when all doctors will refuse to write it the patients that need it, as they have with the opioid crisis. People suffering will not just forget what once made the world liveable. Rather find illicit replacemen ts. And she refuses to bet on dog fights even when it was a sure thing last week.-just checking if your paying attention. I was kidding ,no dog fight. Dan Potter
