I did a survey and was honest and since my opinion was not what they wanted I was told to find another doctor. I have high bp and had some problems with the meds called in yet when called it took days to return my call. Actually twice it never was leading me to have to call the on call doctor.I was also informed Kevin ( nurse) did sent her the message by 2 different employees and it’s on her if she calls back. So thank you Kevin for sending the messages I do appreciate that and this is about me being told to find another doctor because it looks like I lost faith in mine. I wish I could attach pictures but it took another doctor of mine calling them in order to get a return call. My bp was 181/117 on 3 medications. So today I was sent a survey and was honest, I was told to find another doctor. Nice huh. So I’m left with deadly bp and a doctor is supposed to treat it yet I’m being told to find another. Mind blowing but that’s okay because I know I did nothing wrong. That’s on them.

I took my mother here at the recommendation of a family friend. I was very disappointed at the overall experience and felt rushed and that Dr. Rosine was in a hurry to get us out the door. My mother and I had questions about overall treatment plan that were not answered. I would not recommend this physician at all. Also, I felt overcharged for the services rendered. I will be looking for another physician.
