Great in person, long waits, no help
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Rosenbaum in the time that I saw her. However, it doesn't make up for the more than one hour wait time, the disgusting office and rooms that look dirty and old, request for so many expensive appointments to do things that should be covered in one appointment, unfulfilled promises for levels of care, absolute lack of response for unreasonable lengths of time (perhaps forever) from the doctor and staff for any needs, and other untenable behavior. I wouldn't trust her or WHASN with any health concern.

Amazing doctor and staff
I met Dr. Rosenbaum during a week-long hospital stay when I was severely sick. Her personality, friendliness, and professionalism earned her the number one spot on my doctor's list. She listens, and she cares. I'm thankful for her and her staff.

I have only been with her once as a new patient appointment. I had doubts regarding getting my first pap since I am a virgin, I asked her about getting my first pap and also asked her about my risk of getting either uterine or ovarian cancer while on birth control. She thoroughly answered both questions and took the time to listen to me. I will be going back with her again soon. She is a great and excellent doctor.

She came in for about 5mins with her medical students and seemed in a hurry. She didn’t even asked me if I have any concerns/questions about my pregnancy. Will see how it goes with my next appointment.

Dr. Rosenbaum is great. I had breast cancer and she jumped in and help manage my cancer. She researched the meds the oncologist put me on and found ways to help monitor and support me. Her kindness, empathy, skill, and thoroughness have made my treatment successful.
