Dr. Pappert came highly recommended, but it took 10 days (and me calling the office multiple times) to get my prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy. Subsequent phone calls with concerns and to cancel an appointment have gone unanswered multiple days after leaving a message. I'm now looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Pappart is Knowledgeable, friendly, never rushes the visit and makes sure you understand any diagnosis. The issue with this practice is the front desk. They are rude, unhelpful, appointments are made from a third party outside of building. If you hv a question for the Dr. The nurses line NEVER calls back. U need to keep calling apt line & they expedite call which again does not occur. I stay with Pappart as she is good but they MUST address the office/ staff.

My daughter is in good hands with Dr Pappert! Dr. Pappert is an expert in her field! She is kind, patient and answered all our questions. Even if I repeated myself several times for clarity, we never felt rushed!

I have been seeing Dr Amy Pappert for years now for my skin which was covered in blisters, she diagnosed me and now I am on medication and my skin is clear, thank goodness. She goes above and beyond for her patients. After each visit I feel satisfied because she answers all of my questions and addresses my concerns, even if they are small.

Dr. Pappert is a very good listener and took my skin concerns seriously. She is very knowledgeable about skin conditions and how to treat them. I would recommend her for my friends and family

I have been seeing Dr. Pappert and her team for several years due to my condition of vitiligo. I have only had positive experiences with Dr. Pappert and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
