Dr. Amy Mettman, MD

I felt that she essentially was saying, in other words, that I was lying about my condition. She asked if I was in pain and when I said very much so and pointed out the areas, she then says I will have a C scan done and that tells me if you are in pain or not! She can't fathom my pain. It is excruciating. What she said made me feel like she did not believe that I have severe pain in my head and face, awaken stuffed up everyday with a major headache! C scan or not...I am in pain. If you put a patient back on antibiotics again for the 3rd time and send them for a C scan is it going to show what I am going through before the antibiotics? Probably not! I felt very uncomfortable, not listened to, ignored while she kept writing on her clipboard instead of politely sitting down and asking questions and talking to me...I am not just a patient, a $ sign...I am a human being and seeing her for a reason. Her compassion left yet to to be desired. I will not be back!

Dr Mettman was thorough. She explained all test results and she was on time.

Dr. Mettman listened carefully, thoughtfully considered the problem, formed a plan of treatment, and explained it carefully and completely. She made sure I understood the plan and took time to answer questions .

From the min you walk in, to the min you walk out, every aspect of the practice is run extremely well. All were very kind, glad to see you and extremely helpful. Dr Mettman came in, spent ample time with me, provided care and talked about next steps. The entire team is A+.

Dr. Mettman practices medicine the way medicine should be practiced. She is talented, caring and runs an efficient office. I never feel rushed, always feel heard, and consistently leave better off then when I arrived. I am grateful to have found her.

Dr. Mettman is the most competent ENT you’ll ever find. She is also kind, compassionate and a great listener. Thanks to he, I can breathe through my nose for the first time in 40 years. She came highly recommended and even so exceeded my expectations. I like that she has exceptional skills but is also conservative in her approach.

DR. Mettman was fantastic. My partner and myself both visited her within a week and both loved her bedsides manner over any Dr. we've ever visited. That is before I begin to compliment her knowledge and professionalism. she diagnosed and treated a condition she says she only sees about once per year. Then she called me herself to follow up on my condition. Then she helped me acquire testing equipment and finally a CPAP that has drastically improved my sleep wellness.

Excellent ENT Provider. Dr Mettman was referred to me by my PCP for issues with my throat. After a biopsy it was determined I had cancer on my vocal folds in December of 2019. Went through radiation treatment for the cancer and as of today everything is looking positive. Dr Mettman has always been actively involved in my treatment and aftercare. I would highly recommend her for anyone having ENT issues
