It was my first time at this office with this provider and the care I received was excellent, quick, and the doctor and all staff were incredibly considerate and friendly.

Dr. Jackson was fantastic! Unfortunately, I've had a lot of negative experiences with doctors in the past, but she was great. She was easy to talk to; communicated very well; was kind, helpful, and informative; and made the experience pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised because I've been loyal to same Gyn physician for all of my adult life but she doesn't take my insurance. I thought I'd schedule with a participating provider and was very happy with my visit. She seemed experienced and quite knowledgeable and on top of my med records.

She was calm, clear with words, and respectful of what I was dealing with. During a very hard moment she gave great advise and helped me through it.

As I've said the quality of care I received will be something I will for ever be grateful for. From dr.Jackson explaining in simple terms what was happening with me, and how confident and reassuring she was with our next medical decisions. To the incredible surgeon who made me feel seen and heard and completely safe in her hands. To the ansthesiologist who held my hand before surgery due to my fear and anxiety she did not let go of my hand and made me feel so not alone and safe in one of the most traumatizing moments of life. I can not thank this staff enough for going above and beyond all any of my expectations. Truly. Thank you all for hearing me and thank you all for caring. Summa has restored my hope in the health care industry.
