Amy doesn't listen. Amy argues with you. Amy forgets that you live in your body, not Amy, however Amy disregards anything she says. Amy refuses to look back on your health records to see what has helped you in the past. Amy lacks empathy. When I check-in for my appointments and see the poster behind the lovely lady, I almost laugh. Evidently, Amy has not read it. The last visit when I was leaving Amy made a snide remark to her assistant as I was leaving. When it came to my next visit I canceled because I dreaded seeing her. She's the only game in town and she came to us with a variety of empty pieces.

Didn't like her, she didn't listen. Then doubled a drug dose that was causing bad side effects that I was complaining about. She couldn't see the connection or just wouldn't listen to what I was telling her. She should be teaching as she is quite knowledgeable JUST NOT ABLE TO CONNECT HER KNOWLEDGE WITH THE PERSON SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE DIAGNOSING. She also told me I couldn't see anyone but her if they were practicing in the same speciality (that would mean I wasn't to get a second opinion). Most of her solutions always involved a different drug or an increase in medication.

I found Dr. Echelberger to be very competent. She was a "no nonsense" physician, dedicated to her profession. I saw her for the 1st time as a "get to know you" physician who I felt immediately comfortable with. She was straightforward with me and I was almost straightforward with her. She assumed information that I had not given her and I did not correct her. I will work on this in the future. I am sure she has my care and well being in the forefront of her dealings with me. I give her 5*

My mother is Dr. Echelberger's patient not me, so I am submitting this from my perspective. I frequently accompany my mother on her appointments to Dr. Echelberger's office which is why i believe I am qualified to submit this review. In short I appreciate the quality of care Dr. Echelberger provides my mother and her willingness to listen to our concerns.
