She takes the time to listen to your concerns. The office staff is so sweet. No wait time. Finding Dr Creepy has been the best thing for my health. Finally a dr that actually cares.

I had this dr and Refills is a Big problem, even if you go and keep your appointment. Another problem was I took All medications prescribed to me besides one, cause I was having to pay out of pocket, and I told her I would take it next month as soon as my insurance kicked in. The meds was going to cost 1500.00 out of pocket a month. She made a comment about if I was in my 60’ s or above, she wouldn’t care if I took insulin medication or not. Let’s just say iam glad my parents don’t see her. I also asked if she wouldn’t mind if I switched to another doctor in the same office, as my partner. She said she was good with that, she was going to drop me anyway. We were polite on both sides, and then for some reason, I had to go see the office manager. The was told by the office manager I would have to see another doctor outside the clinic she was in. Thank goodness I took a friend with me as a witness to it all. Obviously she made up something. I went with Abilene Regional.

Dr Creppy Is far the best provider i’ve been to in years. Compassionate about your health. She listens more than she talks. I just love her! I drive a few miles to come see her. Thank you Dr Amy Creppy

She's an awesome doctor and person. She cares about her patients, has never acted like she's to busy or in a rush. She actually listens to her patients. Her staff is wonderful, always friendly.

Dr Creppy is always so tentative and truly cares about each and every one of her patients! completely love having her as my Doctor.

I am so glad I've been with Dr. Amy and her staff! They're the best and go out of their way for their patients!

I had an appointment with Dr. creppy and was turned away because I couldnt pay my past due balance. I needed a refill on my thyroid and headache medication and I couldn't get that either. I believe a "caring" physician wouldn't turn her patients away. My prior visits have always been very brief and exams have been ordered with out explanation causing that overwhelming balance to exist. I have insurance as well. Now I have no meds and no Dr!! Truly unprofessional!!

Staff is rude and always act too busy to address your concerns. Trying to get a hold of someone at the office is extremely difficult. Line can ring busy for 30 minutes straight. I love dr creppy but her staff needs more customer service training and they are under staffed.

She's an awesome person and Doctor. She cares about her patients.
