Lazy and Unprofessional
Relative was the only one at the clinic and she ended up waiting up to an hour to see 'Dr.' Wong to get a referral for an MRI for her lower back. Dr. Wong ended up saying she didn't need an MRI and advised to take vitamins. Are you serious?

She is my mom's doctor for over 18 years. She is very good and follows up on her patient.

I have been going to Dr. Wong for about 20 years and do trust and like her. Her staff is the reason I am considering a change in medical care. They have consistently had me wait while others who arrived after me were taken care of. I had even made appointments on two separate occasions and still had to wait. I once stopped by the office with a very quick question and, waited until after they had lunch for assistance. Please keep in mind I arrived well before lunch with no other patients waiting.

The office is very rude and the staff there is not helpful. The nurse that support the doctor was very aggressive and did not want to help are family. We had an insurance issue and the office refused to call the insurance company because they did not want to be on hold.
