The wait times for the past two appointments have been quite long. I know it's not the fault of the staff, but a two hour (or more) wait for a five minute conversation with the doctor is a little frustrating.

I appreciate having enough empathy for children with autism! They have improved! We had a bad experience in the past. But now they have improved. I appreciate that again. Not only for my daughter, but for all the boys and girls with not only autism, but with any other disability! Thank you.

I would like to see the same provider as close to every visit as possible i don't like seeing a different provider every visit

Dr. Amy Cheng is a great Pediatrician. Office staff are great too.

The staff were all super friendly and nice! We also got to see a resident again from our hospital admission, which was really neat!

We checked in early for the appointment but it took 2 hours for the entire process. Slow service, too long of a wait, very warm rooms, too many people in and out and it's confusing who is actually the doctor. The doctor spent 2 minutes with us and it was done. Why the long wait but a few minutes with the doctor and it's done. People are friendly but the wait is too ridiculous! A yearly physical shouldn't take the long. Stop overbooking your appointments. We don't have all day to sit for a two minute doctor visit.

Dr Cheng has been great since the day our baby was born. She answered all of our questions with patience and was very sincere in helping us navigate the newborn stage.

My baby loves the staff, as soon as we walk in everyone is so nice. I am most grateful that Dr. Amy Cheng and Ivan are always so friendly. It brings me peace of mind that they do not assume I know things just because I am in the medical field and thoroughly explain everything.

I had asked my son get his vaccines one in each arm as I was in the visit via phone and the doctor said this was okay and what we would do and the MA decided to go into the room and tell dad this isn't recommended because it causes arms to swell!?? I am very upset and do not appreciate the MA being lazy and acting as if they know what was best for my child as they are not licensed at all to make these kind of decisions I get peds patients are hard but no the MA is no one to make up an excuse as to why patient shouldn't get the vaccines in separate arms needs to be addressed ASAP! as my child is special needs and that's why I do things in a specific way for him and didn't do all his vaccines in one day

The appointments are never available when they are needed promptly.

Doctor's office called to notify that they could have us come in earlier than our scheduled appointment in the late afternoon to avoid higher probability of being in the lobby with sick patients. This was really thoughtful and we appreciate them accommodating our child who is not immunized yet.

The wait time for the doctor to come see my child was a long I don't think we should wait one hour in the room to get checked.

If you want a doctor that lacks deductive reasoning, clinical judgement and bedside manner then Dr. Amy Cheng is the doctor for you and your child! She will be overly conservative with her approach and if you disagree with her medical diagnosis, she will flex her medical power, call CPS on you and forcibly put your child through unnecessary medical testing. She is unable to see anatomy/physiology in anything other than black & white. Choose your pediatrician wisely, I hope no one has to go through what we went through. Dr. Amy Cheng should be ashamed of herself.
