My mother had an appointment with Dr. Amrit Singh on October 5th 2017 at 1pm. This appointment was for a workmen's comp evaluation. He was appointed by state . He showed up at 3pm with food in his mouth . Very arrogant , disrespectful . He stated '' I'm late because of the traffic''. Later on he told my mother that he had a life or death experience. When I asked him for a business card he refused. He left the building in a hurry. I took a video of it . Called the board and filed a complaint
