Not pleased as of now
I thought Dr. El-Khashab was awesome at first. Same for his staff. But when he ordered an MRI on my ankle and foot to be done STAT and my insurance needed documentation, they did not cooperate. It has been two months and I am still going round and round with trying to get approval for MRI. To make any progress on appeal, I had to stop by his office to make things happen and I did that 2 or 3 times over a couple of weeks. Also, besides seeing him for spraining my ankle when I twisted it, I had also seen him for an ingrown toe. He took it out but the real injury came at a follow up when he jammed a mixture of acid stuff or whatever it was into my toe to keep nail from growing back. That was almost two months ago and my toe is still in pain and red from him further injuring it by repeated jamming whatever it was into my toe. I really did like him at first, but I totally regret seeing him for both issues. If this ever gets resolved and things improve, I will update review.

Awesome.
Awesome clinical procedure. Had been to many podiatrists and primary care physicians. Went to Dr. El-Khashab and he was able to remedy my issue in two office visits.

After 3 calls looking for orthotics I paid for without a single reply, over a period of MONTHS, I called today and and left another request for a call from the office. 2nd call today and someone answered. I told them I have tried multiple times to get info on my order and wanted my money back. She hung up on me. STAY AWAY

Dr Amr El-Khashab did fantastic surgery on both my feet! He straightened my toes and replaced toe joints. The bunions were hurting my feet so much that it was very painful to walk, which was really frustrating since I’m a walker that likes to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. I followed his instructions to the letter and today, my feet let me walk as far as I want with no pain! Dr El-Khashab has the patience of a saint! He has a fantastic bedside manner and spent the time with me to answer my questions. I do highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. El-Khashab is a wonderful, caring doctor. He really gives you the time you need, and listens to you. I've had wonderful results and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!
