Doctor and staff seem very dismissive and insensitive to patient concerns. Doctor never fully follows through on patient concerns and never returns phone call requests. Doctor refused patient request for new equipment RX, even after patient explained problem with equipment. Problem equipment turned out to be on recall list and doctor ignored patient request for follow-up advice and RX for equipment replacement.

I have been a patient for years. I have seen Dr. Narula many times for both sleep and lung issues. He is always very friendly and helpful. At my last appointment I was not able to see him because I needed to come in for an urgent visit and the only physician available was the nurse practitioner. She was very nice and easy to understand even with her accent. I have seen improvements in the staff over the years . They are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice

Easy to make an appointment. Front office staff accomodating and helpful. I was very impressed with friendliness of staff. They are very knowledgable and eager to assist. Doctor Narula has very good bedside manner and takes time to explain things to the patient.

I am a new patient and this is the most disorganized office I have ever been in. I signed in as a new patient and had to ask to fill out my paper work after sitting for an hour. I was then made to sit another 15 minutes before being called back to find out that I wouldn't even see the Dr. While I was sitting in my room, a woman who had been waiting longer than me asked what the hold up was and they told her, her scheduled time had been changed and that they couldn't get into their computers..

Excellent doctor, actually listens and takes the time to explain things to patients. Both Dr. Narula and staff have always been very professional, friendly and seem to genuinely care about their patients. Have been a patient of his for about 5 years now and highly recommend.

I do not recommend this office. At my first appointment, which was scheduled with Dr Narula, the nurse asked me if I wanted to actually see the Dr or PA. I told her Dr. PA came in anyway, so I asked to see the Dr AGAIN. He was nice but unkempt. The office itself has a strong odor of air freshener and the nurse who handles patient consults is rude. Odd place.

The staff are extremely incompetent. When scheduling appointments for CT scans or X-ray, they did not send orders to the proper people yet argued with me saying that they did. They are not willing to do their job and get an attitude when confronted. I have been to see him a handful of times with no answers and results.
