He's too hungry to be loyal
He's a very charming man but as a doctor, he has absolutely no qualms giving up any relationship he has built up with you to leave for greener pastures. Acted as if we had never met right before he left for another, higher paying spot within his hospital group. Don't buy into his spiritual mumbo jumbo.
