On my last visit Dr. Goswami and his team took care of my pain. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The anesthesiologist made sure I did not feel anything when he had to find my vein. Kudos to both doctors!! Job well done.

Been going to Dr. Goswami for over 6 years now. Would never consider going any where else!! Best experience was today. Had an appt. Let him know I strained my lower back over the weekend. He immediately relieved me of the pain and was able to walk out pain free. Highly recommend him for any and all chronic pain issues. Thank You Dr. G

I have been a patient of Dr. Amit Goswami for 3 years, I would recommend him to anyone that has severe chronic pain. I was diagnosed back in 1977 with Crohn’s Disease, for which I have had several surgeries, including removal of large intestine and a bowel resection and I also have Ileostomy bag. Then in 2007 was diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes for which I am now on a Tandem Insulin pump. Both chronic diseases cause me to have constant pain throughout my body, especially in my neck, lower back and neuropathy in both my legs. Dr. Goswami recommended a procedure called Radiofrequency Ablation. Which is a minimally invasive procedure that destroys the nerve fibers carrying pain signals to the brain. It can provide lasting relief for people with chronic pain, especially in the lower back, neck and arthritic joints. I have the procedure every 2-4 weeks. And an added bonus, his brother Dr. Sumeet Goswami is an excellent Anesthesiologist, who works directly with him, with each procedure.

My experience with Dr. Goswami was a complete nightmare. Stay away from this practice if you are in pain and think you will get relief. Dr. Goswami spent no time at all with me. He has no personality nor bedside manner. Patients go to him because they are in pain. You need to go to Medical Ctr. for a simple injection as he does nothing in his office but reluctantly answer your questions. Your appointments are made at Medical Ctr. and texted to you about two days before they are scheduled. I was given a 9:20 p.m. appointment for injection at Medical Ctr. I called Medical Ctr. to change appointment as 9:20 p.m. was absurd. They told me Center closes at 9 p.m. First appointment at his office I was given nose swab for covid 19 and told to call in two days for results. I continuously called and never got the results. This is not the practice you want if you are suffering with pain. Poor communication, abrupt attitude and non caring doctor. Stay away.

Dr.Goswami has been treating me for chronic back pain due to spinal stinosis and herniated discs for the past four months. When I first visited his office I had pain going up and down stairs and walking. I am now free of pain after three injections and have been able to resume my normal everyday activities. Dr.Goswami is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him.

I am happy to have the opportunity to share my experience with Dr. Goswami , but also sad that I have to end being a patient due to an insurance change I found Goswami to be very sensitive, compassionate, kind, and understanding He kept trying many procedures until my pain was lessened considerably I am sorry to say goodbye

Dr. Amit Goswami is the best Pain Management doctor that has helped me relieve my lower back in my Lumbar part of my spine . I've been suffering with spine problems since my work accident 7 years ago in which I broke my back accidentally. I've been thru 5 major spine surgeries, many pain management doctors, and some treating me with no compassion, being very aggressive and some even thinking that I'm just looking to get pain killers or other types of drugs when I'm their just looking for help and relief. He suggested for my type of pain for me to get Facet Joint Block injections in my lumbar in which he was right, I had 4 surgical procedures with him and practically eliminated all my lower back pain in which I'm deeply grateful and very appreciative of my new Doctor...I recommend him for everybody who is suffering with EXTREME BACK PAIN & SPINE PROBLEMS FOR MAXIMUM RELIEF ....If their was a 6 star rating I would give him 6 stars.

It is with pleasure that I take this opportunity to share my opinions of Doctor Amit Goswami. At 73 I experience many of the problems that come with old age. Thankfully, I met Doctor Goswami. He was patient with me and listened to my complaints. I found him to be compassionate and knowledgeable, he often makes recommendations about my well being and treatment. I recommend that anyone in great pain with sleep difficulty seek out Doctor Goswami.

I have been a patient for 5 years. Prior to finding him, I met with countless doctors who dismissed my pain and made me fear getting help. He is both kind, understanding and conservative with medication. He stands his ground without belittling his patients. And I know we can disagree without it being held against me. Dr Goswami helped me when no one else could. My severe compression fracture had me bedridden for months. After surgery to treat the fracture, I still suffered from terrible pain in the surrounding soft tissue. Dr Goswami worked patiently to find a way to treat my pain. After each step I was just a bit better. I am still under treatment and am confident that with his help, I will come through the treatment and be back to myself. I would recommend Dr Goswami to anyone who needs treatment for pain and a doctor who takes the time to listen and understand each patient’s needs. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

I started seeing Dr. Goswami this year, my former doctor retired. He has been absolutely amazing. It is very hard to find a good, trustworthy, reliable doctor. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Goswami. The office staff is extremely friendly, very accommodating, and easy to talk to. Dr. Goswami is also extremely helpful and easy to talk to. He truly cares about his patients and their well being! He is also very accessible. The office uses a text messaging system as well as emails to keep the lines of communication open.

After years of sports and physical activities my back has deteriorated. I have have been dealing with some major pain in my lower back making everyday life difficult. Glad I found Dr. Goswami. Dr. Goswami is a very compassionate doctor who tries different strategies to relieve pain. He has helped me deal with my sciatica & neuropathy through procedures & medication. He doesn't dismiss my symptoms like other physicians have. His goal is to make his patients as comfortable as possible as we deal with our chronic pain.

I am fortunate to have found Dr. Amit Goswami. Having had many pain management doctors in the past, Dr. Goswami is the only one who really cares.
