My first visit to Dr. Amit Chhabra was about 8 years ago. His ability to listen attentively to my health issues assures me that he is empathetic, caring and is part of the healing process. Dr. Chhabra is one of a kind. In a time where our world is so fast paced I really need someone who is willing to listen to my health concerns and have knowledgeable information as feedback. Dr. Chhabra is that person, he took the time to genuinely listen to everything I had to say, not feeling rushed or unheard. He ran appropriate tests that needed to be completed. He follows up on a timely manner and is an all around wonderful Doctor!! Thanks for the great care.

Dr. Chhabra came highly recommended to me from my interventional cardiologist office, Jeffrey Moses. He has always been thorough and assertive to my needs and supportive as a doctor’s standard. He helped me through my cancer diagnosis and treatments (chemo, radiation and surgery) and was there at for me at the hospital when I had an emergency tracheostomy. Dr. Chabbra is among the very few that I would say are the best doctors I have had the opportunity to have care for me. He has a very gentle, patient and caring manner. He takes the time to explain complex medical things in simple, easy to understand lay terms, as well as to answer all the questions one might have. Dr. Chhabra was highly recommended by a friend after my mother's situation was mis-diagnosed by her regular cardiologist. He got right to her problem and worked closely with us to initiate and then monitor her medication regimen. There is no doubt that Dr. Chhabra has done well by her (now 96 years old). I have been going to see Dr. Chhabra for the past 4 years. He was not only my doctor but also became my friend. He always listened when I had a problem or questions and always took the time to answer them and make sure I understood what was going on with my care. He was by far the only doctor I looked forward to seeing!

Dr. Chhabra has cared for my elderly mother with skill and with kindness. He was the one doctor who took the time to listen to my mother and he always considered her viewpoints... and he got along splendidly with her in ways that many other physicians could not. We will always appreciate the many times he's (literally) saved her life while at the same time guiding her to her best healthcare decisions. Dr. Amit Chhabra we unfortunately missed our last appointment 7/28/17 we were so disappointed! My father feels you have save his life due to your expertise in finding he needed open heart surgery last May. He barely was able to walk upon arriving to the hospital. He is now swimming ,going to the gym,painting in his art studio preparing for an exhibit and will be hiking in europe this August. Dr. Chhabra takes a wholistic approach in treating his patients. In this way, he is interested in our total wellness. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He has a calm and reassuring manner. He also truly listens to his patients, more so than most people are accustomed. He is highly regarded by not only his patients, but also his colleagues.
