Dr. Amir Salim, MD

I went in for my annual visit and Misty, Leslie and Dr. Salim were wonderful. The wait time to get in to see the doctors has improved greatly!

I am a student who observed Dr. Salim. He showed kindness and compassion to his patients and his employees. He was very knowledgeable, and many of his patients shared to me how much they value him. Many of them told me how they preferred him to their previous doctors. This isn’t surprising because I saw first hand how he takes time to see and care for each patient. For me, he was an amazing introduction to the profession. His employees were nice as well. I highly recommend this doctor to everyone.

I've been going to Dr. Salim when he was with another practice in Friendswood and then starting his practice in Webster. Time doesn't allow me to say all the good things about this doctor. I am blessed to have him for my GP. He is amazing.

The office sucks.... My blood pressure medicine run out and I needed more so I called them 4 times to renew in one week and the medical assistant kept saying I will tell the doctor and never ever called me back. So I called the office when I ran out of medicine and talked to the medical assistant and told her that no one has ever called me back to re new my prescription and her answer was the doctor has never got back to her. I told her my only option was to find another doctor and she didn’t care. Paul B

Dr Saliam is a very companionate dr , when you hear the word Cancer it changes your life . June the 5 was the worst day ever , at our first meeting I knew that I trusted him and had so much peace that I would be ok..He’s a great listener and never makes you feel rushed , if you have a question and he don’t know right then he will find out . He truly loves his patients.i feel so blessed to have him as a Dr. His staff is also so amazing Ellen is the real deal she goes above and beyond to get Thai gs done. I had a melt down today and both Dr Saliam and Ellen took care of me .. I know that when this is all said and done I will be ok .. if your looking for a oncologist who truly care and is very educated on all the things needed to make sure your get the best treatment this is the place .. if I could I would give them 10 stars

I'm so thankful that I found Dr. Salim. He is so thorough and very KIND. He seems genuinely concerned about his patients! This means so much to me. He answered ALL of my questions and listened carefully- never rushing me. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Salim for my future medical care.

Dr. Salim is the best! His diagnostic skills saved my husband's life twice, from two different types of cancer. He is very thorough, kind and pleasant, and has good communication skills. I took my children to him more than 20 years ago when he was a young doc starting out, and was impressed with him then. We lost track of him, when he moved to another location, and thankfully found him again, just in time. A previous doc erroneously told my husband that "it was nothing to worry about".

Very thorough exam and communication. My first visit was amazing and I was in and out of the office within an hour and left with all of my questions answered. I look forward to many more years under Dr. Salim's care!
