A Doctor that Values Overall Wellness!
She will be delivering my second child and I couldn't be happier. I felt pressured from my original OB to get the COVID vaccination, which is not something I would ever do. Pregnant or not. She understood and validated my reasons for not wanting it. I like when doctor's give you the freedom of choice and both wellness and natural guidance versus solely pharmaceutical. I've had a great experience so far with her. I've had no issues with billing, and the nurse staff got back to me asap about my NIPT results when they came in and any concerns I've had so far.

Dr Napier as a person is fine. Her Staff, Her scheduling, her staff's customer service and customer care is negligible. Appointment wait time is generally over an hour in waiting room. Response time to voice message and written message on their portal can be days. They are closed for communication for lunch each day. I have gone days or weeks without prescription refill due to their non-response to my pharmacy and late response to me. During the pandemic they made no attempt to assist patients concerned over Covid exposure. They seem to think the pandemic is over as of January 2021. I have extremely bad allergies and Dr. Napier convinced me that this might be due to my body ability or lack of ability to absorb certain nutrients. She talked me into paying over $600 for a blood test that would measure certain nutrients (this was not covered by insurance). Once this was done her staff sold me a series of very expensive vitamins that were supposed to provide me with whatever I as l

At Advanced Women's Healthcare, Dr. Napier to me is an awesome doctor! She is delivering my third baby and I wouldn't want any other doctor seeing me through my pregnancy but her. She is excellent at what she does and is also a great listener. And also she gives great advice. I would recommend her to anyone having a baby because she wouldn't disappoint.

I had an abnormal pap smear and did the recommended Colposcopy for the dysplasia. Then I went to a specialist for gynecologic oncology that she recommended. The specialist after looking at all the tests results said the Colposcopy WAS UNNECCESSARY and my chances of having cancer are like 0.04%., SO I had a painful and invasive Colposcopy just to fill her pockets with money.

I was referred to Dr. Napier by my primary care physician due to my dissatisfaction with my then current OBGYN. She (and the office staff) have been a truly professional. When I have concerns, it’s clear that she is empathetic and engaged. And the office staff is extremely helpful even in the most trivial of matters. In 2013 I had the unique opportunity of working with the 4 of the 5 doctors and found each doctor to be just as empathetic and engaging.

Advanced woman's healthcare has been a great experience from the beginning of my pregnancy. The staff there is pleasant and respectful. They also take the time to listen to your concerns and provide as much feedback as possible. Choosing Dr. Napier has been the best decision. Shes a good communicator, shows concern/feel cared for, and works well with my other dr's to provide the best care for me and my baby. She is definitely an advocate for her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Napier for about a year now and throughout my pregnancy thus far. Her bedside manner is professional, calm and realistic. Also, the office staff is welcoming and have been very prompt to respond with any questions I have. Very happy to be a patient of Dr. Napier and AWH.

I chose Dr Napier after reading reviews here. I have to say I have been very disappointed. The way this office handled telling me my pregnancy was not viable is beyond irreprehensible. A nurse, not Dr, called to tell me the doctor thinks it's not viable. It seemed like the most insensitive way of telling a person they will lose their baby. I wasn't offered explanation, or allowed to ask questions. This was my first pregnancy, and I'm devastated. I will not be returning to this doctor or office.

I have seen Dr. Napier throughout my pregnancy and have been very satisfied with her professional, down to earth and realistic advice. I have also been highly impressed with the organization of this office, most visits I feel like I am the only patient even though the waiting room is full. Also, the office staff have been very prompt in returning phone calls in regards to insurance questions and billing.

Dr. Napier and her staff literally saved my life on Friday. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage on my way to their office . They helped me so much! 5 stars is not enough for what they did for me! My angel is in heaven, but they were my guardian angels that day. Thank you Dr . Napier and every staff member that helped me!

I had cholestasis of pregnancy. While other doctors do not take this very seriously or understand that your bloodwork can come back normal the first time, she took it seriously and never questioned me about it. I never had to throw a fit to be taken seriously. She is amazing!
