Duck's perspective
For the year I was a patient of Dr. Chiu, I was very pleased with the service she rendered. She help me through a extremely difficult time in my life, 'Bipolar Mania Episode'. She also help guide me to a better understand another condition I was unaware of. I've been gifted with 'ADHD' among a litany of other things. Although the conditions are for life I feel extremely fortunate in the selection and services I received by being part of the resident program.
