Unhelpful and rushed
Acted like I was putting her out. Rushed, rude and dismissive. Had no helpful recommendations and likely did not even properly diagnose. Waste of time and money seeing her. Avoid.

Is she a Doctor????
Dear patients and public authority. I was a patient of Dr. Eastman .. At first, she showed interest and care, but for a very short time. Each and every next time she was only concerned about her personal ambitious and her manner became very unprofessional and rude. She even told false information about me to the management and they dismissed me from Dr. care!?? And I am still not allowed to see any doctors from their department!! Have you ever heard such a things??? She should be disqualified without the right to reinstatement, because all her actions towards the patient were against the hippocratic oath she took to be a doctor!!!

Very Professional and an Excellent Listener
I found her to be an excellent listener and in command of her area of expertise. She did examine me and paid careful attention to the nuance of our conversation.

She did not even examine me but referred only to my x-rays. She then recommended surgery. I told her that I would prefer to explore other options first and she said she could not help me and then dismissed me. She is rude and cold. This visit was an incredible waste of time and money and left me quite discouraged. She needs to find another line of work.

I had chronic pain in my neck and headaches for two years. Dr. Eastman was very honest with me about what she could offer, and whether it may or may not help. After our first treatment, my pain was reduced somewhat, but my results were not drastic. The next time I saw her she tried a different method, and I walked out of her office pain-free. I had zero neck pain for almost a month. My pain has returned intermittently, but I’m confident that she will continue to help me remain mostly pain-free.

Dr. Eastman is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have Post-Polio syndrome, which is kind of rare and she has the expertise to treat the wide range of physgical problems associated with it. She is forward thinking and very focused on keeping me as functional as possible in the future, and she is great at following up. I highly recommend her, she is a great doctor!

Reached out to Dr. Eastman last year in 2017 for pain in my leg. She spent less than 5 mins with me and I didn't feel comforted by her diagnosis or the lack of it. Was asked to undergo a MRI scan, even after months her office never contacted me with the results. Whenever I tried contacting they said they're sorry and that once the Dr takes a look at the results someone from the clinic will reach out. Eventually I just let it go, because I lost hope I could get any diagnosis from this clinic

Run away from her.She does not have the enough knowledge. You are going to lose your time. She only did me one physical examination.I have strong pain in my neck..She did not examine physically my neck. I went for diagnosis, and I left her office without it. I feel without hope and help. She is fake .No knowledge. She smiles...but she is fake. She is educated..but...no on her field...she.needs to go again to the medicine school to get the basic tools to do a good physical examination on pacients..

Nice in that polite/fake way. However, not knowledgeable nor thorough. I've had to learn the hard way that sticking with nice doesn't help you get better. Once I got different opinions, I was happy she wasn't the one overseeing my neck injuries anymore. Get a 2nd opinion if you have any lingering doubts with her assessment. Your instinct is telling you something.

I’m a 70-year old man with a long history of back problems. My osteoarthritis has become much worse in the last 2 years. A minor fall down a couple of carpeted stairs in a restaurant impacted me substantially. My left hip hurt and I was limping. Bed rest didn’t help. Finally, I saw Dr. Eastman. She’s young, very smart, and attractive. After a new MRI and X-rays she concluded my arthritis was to blame. It had spread tremendously and had reached a tipping point. I am being referred to a surgeon.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! She is rude, passive aggressive, doesn't answer questions, and has a horrible attitude. I can't believe UCSD would even employ her! I wouldn't let her treat my animals.......
