Dr. Goyal and his staff were very professional, experienced and friendly. I was at ease from the beginning of my visits. Dr. Goyal answered all my questions and he and his staff spent as much time with me as needed. My eyes look amazing and recovery was faster than I expected.

Could not locate "Dutchess Eye Associates - therefore I'm doing my review here. This is the second time I've gone to Dr. Goyal for surgery and I am very satisfied with the results. Although I did have to wait a couple of hours - I put myself in the shoes of the other patient and realized that I could have been the patient with the complications so I did not mind waiting. Dr. Goyal was very calm and professional every though he still had one more patient after me.

I needed to have cataract surgery, and lucky for me, a cardiologist friend of mine, recommended D. Goyal.I'm so very glad I went to see him. Dr. Goyal is very kind, gentle and reassuring. I felt confident of his ability the minute I spoke with him. He performed cataract surgery on my right eye; the result is just wonderful. No pain, no side effect, just plain clear vision. The surgical center staff is very friendly and professional. I very sincerely recommend D. Goyal. Thanks much Dr. Goyal!!

My experience with the Wappingers Falls, NY office was terrible. I make an appointment to see Dr. Goal, and his associate doctor walks in. I took the morning off from my job to see Dr. Goal, not the other doctor. A phone call from the office would have been the professional thing to do, or at least let me know when I was checking in thato Dr. Goyal wasn't there.

I was to have a skin tag removed on my eyelid. His staff kept coming in and dropping numbing drops in both my eyes. I questioned why they were numbing both eyeballs considering I had an exterior skin tag on one lid. The doctor came in, looked at me and said "I think you are the kind of patient who faints. I want you to come back and put you under general anesthesia." What??? I immediately left! I went to my dermatologist who snipped it off without numbing it. No problem. Strange experience.

I was very uptight about having surgery performed on my eyes. The lid muscle needed repair and I knew no one who had this type of surgery to clue me in. Dr Goyal was recommended by another plastic surgeon who was honest enough to say he didn't do that type of repair. I will say that Dr Goyal put me at ease and his staff was friendly, patient and encouraging as well. The surgery went well and I am so pleased with the results.

After performing a delicate biopsy of a lesion on my eye, Dr. Goyal, very gently and compassionately, informed me that I had malt lymphoma. The lymphoma, as it turned out, was throughout my body. As a result of his consultations and cooperation with my oncologist, I've undergone four months of very successful chemotherapy treatment. I am very grateful that Dr. Goyal continues to monitor my progress and is involved in my cancer remission.

More than a good doctor, I value the fact that you were a good listener. Also, he instill a great deal of confidence friendly and caring people. He is one of the most just professionals in the country; i also value the fact that your staff attitude was exceptional. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my recent trichiasis surgeries.
