Dr. Amee N. Chandrabalan Is exceptional. In my 58 years I have met with many doctors, and this time it was for my 81 year old father, and our visit was outstanding in so many ways. Some examples: Dr Amee thoroughly understood my dad’s medical history and presented a very good plan. Also, she was wonderful communicating with my dad who is nearly deaf. Lastly, she did the best job explaining my dad’s medical condition, and she did a wonderful job answering our many questions. I am so thankful for Dr Amee and the medical care she offers.

Dr. Amee Chandrabalan HUGE WASTE OF TIME & ENERGY
I had a “consultation” and initially had difficulty logging onto my telemedicine “Zoom” appointment. I asked if we could talk instead as it was merely a consult and, after 25 minutes on hold with a customer service rep., told that I could not do a phone consult without being “seen” on “Zoom.” When I finally was logged into the meeting I was in the “Zoom patient waiting room” for 35 minutes waiting for Dr. Amee Chandrabalan I called for the third time to Noran’s “Zoom technical support” only to be told that there was a mixup and I was sent to the wrong provider’s “Zoom waiting room” (which was untrue) then I was told that because SO much time had lapsed I would need to rescheduled to ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AT A DIFFERENT DATE AND TIME. I advised I had waited because of their error I WAS in the correct Zoom waiting room the entire time. The tech agent acknowledged that the issues I presented were true but said that the provider already had made the decision that I would need to reschedule.
