Stay Away!!!
I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with this doctor, I felt compelled to share. There’s a reason why she has such a low rating. To put it simply, she’s a liability in the medical field. With all due respect to healthcare professionals, it’s clear that she should no longer be practicing medicine. For starters, she seems to be experiencing significant cognitive decline. I had to repeat basic information multiple times—just for her to understand. And it wasn’t just once; it was a consistent issue. Beyond these alarming lapses in attention and judgment, her communication skills were appalling. She asked the same questions over and over, which left me questioning whether she was even processing the answers. Her bedside manner was nonexistent—no empathy, no tact. Doctor I’m sure you’ve had a long and distinguished career, but it’s time to retire. For the sake of your patients, please enjoy your well-earned retirement.

Unbelievably bad
There's a reason why she has 1.6 stars - she's truly atrocious. With all respect for people in the medical field, she should stay miles away from a doctor's practice. She's clearly deep into cognitive decline, basic bits of data need to be repeated 4 or 5 times, slowly. Orders duplicate tests she looked at literally three minutes prior, yet forgets to order tests that are clearly required. Repeats questions three times. And then we are not talking about lack of tact, bedside manners, communication skills and empathy, or the fact that she was an hour late. Doctor, you're 68. Surely you've helped a lot of people in your career. Please retire and enjoy your sunset phase.

My appointment needed to be scheduled for a phone visit as I am unable to take time off of work. The appointment was scheduled for 9am. I had to call at 9:10 because there was not one person reaching out, again, I am at work so the appointment was needing to be done at that time. I finally got a hold of the staff and gave them my information. After a 30 min wait I still was transferred to the front of house staff because they had one more question regarding the insurance that I called and updated the day prior. After still being on hold, Ambika had to call from a separate line...at 9:40! In short, if you enjoy long waits and a physician that talks so low you can't hear her and then gets upset when you ask her to repeat herself, paying over $800 out of pocket for tests that don't show the cause of your pain only for you to go to urgent care out of town where they diagnose and treat the problem after months of pain, only paying about $30 out of pocket....this is the place for you!

If you can read and have internet access, you're already more qualified than her. It's amazing she still has her license. I have never met any doctor as uninformed and unknowledgable as her. Don't waste your me here.
