Professional, personable, competent
My first encounter with Dr. Retzlaff was to have her explain the procedure for treating my prostate cancer. She was attentive to my concerns and anxiety. She took the necessary time to clearly outline what would be done to alleviate the cancer problem. The explanation was detailed and understandable. During my four weeks of treatments, Dr. Retzlaff visited with me at the end of each week. She would explain what to expect at each stage. She never indicated she was in a hurry, rather she listened to my concerns. She always projected a compassionate and concerned professional attitude.
