I am a patient of Dr Khan for 4 years. I came using a walker and now i can walk 2 miles. Her treatment was wonderful and helped me get my life back on track. Would recommend her anytime. Zoya Rizvi

done waste your time.
was a patient for the last 3 years, after canceling and rescheduling my last appointment to today, the wait time at the office was multiple hours long, other patients were leaving after waiting 3 hours. this practice has been getting worse and worse over time. long wait times, no call backs, no one answers the phone, they don't respond to appointment requests on the website. today was my last day as her patient I have decided to find a new dr. don't waste your time at this practice. I honestly don't think she is aware and the office people are just not telling her the issues or that people are leaving her care.

I have been a patient for the last 2-3 years, maybe longer. Every appointment I have had has been1.5 to 2 hours late. The staff is not friendly, if you try and call the office, no one ever answers, it goes to voicemail and they say they will contact you within 48 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I walked out of my last appointment, even though they make you pay upfront. My last call, their voicemail was full, couldn't leave a message. Most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever visited.

Accessibility
I have been a patient of Dr Khan since 2015. Over the past year communication has become horrible. She won’t respond to emails through the patient portal. Her staff does not answer the phone. My Insurance company can not get her to respond to their phone calls or faxes.

No Longer Prescribing Medication
I am a disabled vet & have been a patient of Dr Khan for several years. She has prescribed me Tramadol ever since I first started seeing her. On May 30, I called in for a refill. Nine days later I had to go, in person, to her office to figure out why her office wasn’t calling in my prescription. I was informed, 9 DAYS LATER, that she no longer prescribes narcotics (yes, for some stupid reason Tramadol is a narcotic). Why couldn’t they have told me this on May 30? No courtesy call, no email, no text….very unprofessional. I will be finding another doctor. She & her staff didn’t even have the decency or COMMON SENSE to inform me about her decision to no longer prescribe Tramadol. This is a medication I’ve been on for YEARS. And no, I’m not addicted because this drug is so regulated, how could I possibly be? I would not recommend Dr Khan for ANY veteran.

Waited a hour and a half past my appointment time . Went to ask how much longer and they asked me if I needed to re-schedule. I said - well do you need to re-schedule ? It's not me ! They said yes . I told them I would have to call and left never seeing the Dr. It was just terrible and there many in waiting room having similar problems .

My autoimmune conditions deserve a doctor’s office where patients are treated with respect. Although a lovely person, Dr. Khan seems so busy that she only spends about 10 minutes per patient. Patients with complex autoimmune conditions need more time. Her staff seems nearly incompetent. Just getting an appointment is difficult, but getting someone on the phone is impossible. After 5 years and multiple bungled prescriptions, I just can’t continue to trust this office with my health anymore.

Unfortunately, her front office is horribly unorganized and I am searching for a new doctor after only 3 months. Twice they have messed up my appointment causing me to waste time off from work.

Dr Khan has been one of the best rheumatologist I have met. She is well calculated in explaining diagnosis and has all the necessary exams completed when needed. She doesn’t waste your time and is very compassionate about working towards improving your condition. Visits to her office these past few month her staff are always friendly and accommodating. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who need to see a rheumatologist.

Routinely had to wait 2+ hours for appt with Dr. Khan, even telemedicine appt. Last straw was telemed appt, Dr didn’t call until 20 hours after appt time. Office staff was rude when I called at 4 and 6 hours after my appt time. Dr Khan never explained what I had or gave me any options for treatment. No xrays, only labs so she could start a biological as first line treatment.

I have been seeing Dr Khan for more than six months . I did not feel it was possible to feel like I did 20 years ago before I was hit with pain all over . I have been to multiple doctors and had numerous surgeries all of which just made me feel worse . She is the first doctor who actually took the time to listen to me , exam me and explain to me why I felt the way I did . Within two she had me started on cimzia and since then I have been a new person . I can live my life like a normal person with being constantly in pain and exhausted . My only regret is that I did not come to her earlier . Her staff is super caring and courteous . I have never had a problem with prescriptions or phone calls . I believe the other negative reviews are likely from people who did not get the pain medications they wanted . I didn’t want to have my pain masked , I wanted an explanation to why I ached all the time and a solution , which is what I got. Thank you Dr khan !!

I would not recommend her. She diagnosed me with both rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis, neither of which I have. Was on medications for 18 months that I did not need. She acted confused and distracted during every visit. I switched doctors and am on NOTHING for anything related to arthritis. I have osteoarthritis that I can deal with without taking medication.
