Very professional and caring
Dr Vedere and his staff are excellent. They give us prompt care even without a scheduled appointment. Always leave feeling well cared for. When having a procedure the staff ALWAYS makes a follow-up appointment get the results. Wait times could improve but we never felt rushed.

Excellent facilities - excellent care
THe office is VERY busy, but, if you have patience to wait, it is well worth it. They discovered my husband had major areterial blockage and were able to do the stint needed within a day at their clinic instead of having to go to the hospital. It is a very big clinic with so many facets that would normally require extra visits to a hospital, so take a good book and let them take care of you. We found that Dr. Vedere explained everything in detail and made sure we understood. We did not feel that he rushed the explanations at all.

Dr Vedere and his staff leaves my 80 yr old father in the waiting for over an hour and a half. Which is crazy, they definitely do not care about your time. I find that very disrespectful. They also tell us to arrive at one office and once there we are told it’s in another office. They seem to have no idea how to run an efficient medical practice. They literally make elderly walk to three different offices. One office seems clean but the other two make you want to wash your hands after visiting. They need to get their act together.

On 2/2/21 I had an echocardiogram at the PSL office As of this date I do not have the results of that test. I have called their office over 15 times. And have never had the courtesy of a return phone call. Don’t know if it’s the doctor or his staff. But this behavior is very discourteous and unprofessional I sent a certified letter return receipt requested. On February 17, 2021, this was delivered to their office on February 19, 2021. In that letter I requested politely that they either call me, with my results or e-mail me and to send a copy to my primary physician. None of which has happened Perhaps, the only way you can get your results is to make an appointment so that they can bill your insurance company for an unnecessary visit only think I can think of. In either case I was about to let it go, but, lab test are the property of the patient, thus I will be filling a complaint with the American Medical associate and I also believe they may be in violation of HIPPA regulations.

Wow shocked at the responses. I’ll stick to my new doctor. I did have this one, the staff put the dye into my vein on the top of my hand. Something happened, it was real scary, I had doctors helping me breath and relax. I asked for juice, but they had nothing. I was lucky I got water... this was just for a stress test. The office was ugly, too many people sitting all over the furniture and tables. The wait was hours.

Would give Dr. Verdere and the staff zero stars if possible. I actually never saw Dr. Vedere I only saw his assistant. I found her to be dismissive and unprofessional. She would be texting and on her phone while in the room with me giving me results. I understand it could have been work-related but still unprofessional. At one of the appointments I had an ultrasound done of my heart and the tech was completely inappropriate. It's an uncomfortable experience, to begin with because you're only in a johny laying on your side in a dark room. At first, I viewed it as the tech trying to make small talk but by the end of the appointment when he walked me out of the building and handed me his business card for his DJ business on the side it became extremely apparent he was hitting on me. I ended up going to a cardiologist in Boston at Mass General who was able to solve everything and diagnose in one visit. Do not go to this office especially as a young female.

My 90+ year old parents have been patients of Dr. Vedere for years. My dad had quadruple bypass surgery about 13 years ago and Dr. Vedere has kept him alive since then. I can't say enough good things about him. I will say that there office staff may not be the best as they do not tend to return calls.

Can't even get my prescriptions refilled after having a quadruple bypass surgery. I've been texting Mary for a month about my scripts. Now she doesn't even respond. They don't answer the phone. I'm out of medications. I'm done with this group!

After a year and a half of being sick and not knowing what was causing it, I finally got a diagnosis, Atherosclerosis. I’ve felt so bad and was looking forward to finally getting some answers. I did all the cardio test and was eager to go over the results and learn about my condition. Here’s how my long awaited appointment played out, Vedere walks in to meet me and never once looks me in the eyes, he’s on his laptop the entire time (typing who knows what or for who). His first question was if I was still having chest pain and I explained that I’ve never experienced chest pain. He says, “follow me”. I’m thinking he’s going to take me to an exam room, maybe listen to my heart or check my BP. Nope, he was walking me to the EXIT DOOR! While at that door (in front of his staff and other patients), he hands me a prescription and I asked what it’s for. He tells me “it will help your heart” and I say, “WITH WHAT?” He says “you have high blood pressure.” I’m completely confused since

Dr. Vedere is nice enough IF you ever see him. I had several appointments and each time ended up with a PA. I requested to see Dr. Vedere ONLY because I had conflicting instructions from two different PAs. We waited more than TWO HOURS ... staff said he was "on the way" all that time; a PA came into the room for the appointment although I had seen both Dr. Vedere and the PA come in together. I quit that office and went to Dr. Loveday and actually see HIM every time! What a difference!!!!

I scheduled an appointment just to pick up a letter to return to work and it took me 2 hours just receive it! Had I not said something to one of the staff I probably would have been lost in the crowd. I came early and yet I lost hours of work time waiting just to pick up a simple letter to return to work! I have never been admitted to the hospital and had to make an appointment just to pick up a letter to return to work! I was very annoyed and I would not go back if I had to!

I had an appt with Dr Vedere fir 1:15pm I arrived 15 minutes earlier I was checked in within 5 minutes and the MA brought me back & did an EKG within 10 minutes after my appt time. I was told to wait that the Dr would be Soon. After waiting 1 hour I asked if I had been forgotten I was told Dr was a bit late. I sat back down and waited. Now after 2 hours of waiting still no Dr. and was informed I was seeing a PA my appt was with the Dr not a PA the Dr is good but the waiting is ridiculous!

Met Dr. Vedere in emergency room. Found nothing on ER tests, but Dr. Vedere requested I come see him. Only saw the Physician's Assistant and each time I came into get results, the PA wanted to do more tests. No problems were found with each test, but needed to do another one. Each office visit and test required $70 copay each. Still nothing found, but want to do a catheterization. Office staff loses track of your appointments. Only see PA, not the Doctor. PA never reviews files until last min.

The most caring and patient physician that I know. I took my mom to him 12 years ago after seeing other cardiologists in the area and he was the only one to take his time and see her old charts and order the right tests for her rather than unnecessary test. I can only say that since then I have recommended at least 10 people to him and ALL have the same experience.
