Dr. Duggirala is one of the most talented and knowledgeable doctors I've experienced. My wife and I have been seeing him since he took over Poolesville Family Practice more than fifteen years ago. We used to live in Germantown but moved to Alexandria. We drive more than an hour to see him as the quality care we receive is more than worth the commute. The office is very professional and I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes. His office also offers same day sick appointments, they are easy to reach (humans on the line) and offer a convenient and secure patient portal you can use to communicate with the doctor. Dr. Duggirala is very patient and takes the time to listen to you. You never feel rushed and you feel like you are his only patient when he is with you. He also types up instructions of what was discussed during the visit and lists medications he has prescribed with details about when and how much you should take. If you need a PCP look no further!

Dr.Duggirala is very caring, concerned, listens and follows up. He definitely knows what he is practicing. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duggirala for almost 20 years. He is very thorough and I always leave with a summary notes of my visit. He spends quality time with me and explains things very thoroughly. I can also call him any time and either him or his nurse gets back to me.

Dr. Duggirala is extremely knowledgable in virtually all aspects of the medical field, which is why he is an excellent family physician. He sees all ages of patients and keeps abreast of the newest technology and advances in the medical field.
