Every time I’ve been here, I’ve felt that Dr. Sergay was rushing me to get out. Time is money and there are a lot of constraints on a doctor’s time, but this is by far the most unwelcome I’ve ever felt at an office (my fiancée felt the same way when she’s has had appointments too). The office also made several errors: an inaccurate chart recording and forgetting to fulfill my prescriptions twice. I needed to have a procedure done, and my concern was addressed. But I had a similar procedure done elsewhere before, and the experience was night and day: my dermatologist where I previously lived explained and operated more thoroughly, and the result fabulously healed with no scar or issues. Unfortunately, not the case here. At my follow-up, they tell me that my biopsy came back negative! Great news, but my procedure did not require a biopsy, and this error was the final straw of ever coming back. As the cherry on top, Dr. Sergay once again did not put in my prescription at the pharmacy.

My visit with this doctor left me very uneasy. Everything out of her mouth was 'I don't know' or was prefaced with 'I think...'. Not only did I pay $100 for my visit with her (she's in Palm Harbor, FL now) but I need to pay another $100++ to see another doctor for an opinion I can trust.
