Uncaring, Rude
I was under her care for a number of years, recently she decided to just cut my meds off without any warning, or reasoning. During Covid due to my condition, I had to be very careful of no contact, including Dr visits. She was so unhelpful during this time, she never knew anything about the current events going on with Covid offered zero accommodations to keep you safe, and chastised me for asking about them even though everyone else in the health care was ACCOMODATING PATIENTS, AND KEEPING THEM IMFORMED, I suffer from acute anxiety/depression also have a serious chronic condition, and she caused me great suffering, pain, and sent me spiraling due to my anxiety. She called me "paranoid" about my concerns during Covid, after telling her I've lost several friends, and family due to Covid, she never offered any condolences or sympathy. I have lived in WV now for 10 years, and I have seen multiple Doctors here in WV moreover from WVU affiliate, and I have never experienced these behaviors.

The experience with Dr. Prince was horrible - Does not have the emotional maturity to be a Doctor - was on leave of absence, vacation, out for personal matters - never available - no one to cover for her - no couldn't even get her to fill prescriptions, impossible to get an appointment she is never available. Staff have been very rude- very concerning...incompetent....

Dr Prince is the best Dr I've seen ever! She listens to all of your concerns. Runs tests and refers you to a specialist if it's something she can't help you with. I can email her and get a response the same day. Sometimes she even calls depending on issue that I'm having. I have never had a doctor who shows they care 1/2 as much as she makes me feel she does every visit. I had a specialist scare me into scheduling surgeries that I felt I didn't need. I made an appointment with her to confirm I no longer had kidney stones she ordered tests which confirmed I was right. So thankfully I was able to cancel a surgery that could've done more damage to my body. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I love this doctor and couldn't be happier having her as my family physician.

She listens and thats all. No physical examination at all. Its like she lets you guess whats wrong and writes a perscription for what you say is wrong. In short treats symptoms without concearn for cause.

Dr Prince is thoughtful and caring, she listens to you like talking to a friend. And if she can’t help you she will make sure she finds someone who can. She doesn’t rush you along, if you have something to talk about she takes her time with you. She’s an amazing dr and I’m thankful I found her!

This is for that office in general. They were/are having issues with keeping providers there and if you were a previous patient of a provider that left, your basically screwed as any provider still in the office won't refill your prescriptions without seeing you as a patient even though you were just there a few months ago and they have your medical record. Then to make a new appointment, you wait for several months. And no on returns your call and if they ever do, its not in a timely manner.
